We don't collect ANY data. Specifically, we never access:

• Music files or metadata
• Listening history

How It Works

PacePlay works entirely on your devices:

• Local Storage: Your music stays on your iPhone and Watch
• Direct Transfer: Music moves directly between your devices
• No Internet Required: Works completely offline
• No Tracking: We never monitor what you listen to

Permissions We Need

PacePlay only requests permissions necessary for basic functionality:

• File Access: To let you import your audio files
• Background Audio: To keep playing music when you switch apps

These permissions are only used for their intended purpose - nothing more.

Your Data Security

• All music stays on your devices
• Protected by Apple's security features
• Automatically deleted when you uninstall the app
• Never transmitted to any servers

Third Parties

We don't work with any third parties. PacePlay has:

• No advertisements
• No analytics tracking
• No social media integration
• No external servers

Children's Privacy

PacePlay is safe for all ages. Since we don't collect any data, there are no privacy concerns for anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the changes here with a new date. Since we don't collect data, any changes will be minimal.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data because it never leaves your devices. You can delete everything simply by uninstalling the app.
